    Certification Scheme

    Product Certification Scheme implement the functional approach such as Selection, Determination, Review, Decision, Attestation, and Surveillance.
    PT Multicert Global Indonesia (MGI) categorize the certification schemes as follows;

    Application & Fees

    The application of SNI certification requires necessary informations to complete the certification process in accordance with the relevant certification scheme such as product to be certified, standards, general features, etc.
    We describe the Certification fees into two categories;
    1. Fee of Certification Scheme type 1:
    a. Product Testing Fee.
    b. Certificate Fee.
    2. Fee of Certification Scheme type 5:
    a. Certification Process Fee (Single site/Multi site).
    b. Product Testing Fee.
    c. Certificate Fee.

    This information contains our way to handing the Complaints and Appeals related to our Certification Activities for which it is our responsibility and we should address it.
    To maintain independency, We ensure that there is no conflict of interest
    The decision resolving the complaint or appeal shall be made by or reviewed and approved by our person(s) not involved in the certification activities related to the complaint or appeal.
    We will give formal notice of the outcome and the end of the complaint or appeal process to the complainant or appellant, and we will take any subsequent action needed to resolve the complaint or appeal
